Holy Family Academy was pleased to recognize the graduating Seniors and 8th graders at ceremonies held on May 20 and 21.
Graduation events kicked off for all graduates and their families on May 20 with a Baccelaurate Mass celebrated by Fr. Alonso Saenz in the chapel. Students promoted from 8th grade were recognized in a ceremony following Mass. Monica Hable, mathematics teacher, addressed the graduates and shared her insights about the joy of working with these wonderful young men and women.
On Saturday, May 21, the five graduating seniors were recognized in their graduation ceremony. Fr. Michael Gilbert, Vicar of St. Catherine of Siena, provided his insights about the challenges and opportunities facing the graduates as they enter this next phase of their Catholic journey.
Marian DeMark, Sebastian DeMark and Bernadette Henry shared their thoughts about their time at Holy Family Academy. Valedictorian, Isabella Graves, and Salutatorian, Thomas Obernuefemann, closed the ceremony with their addresses.
