Apply To Holy Family Academy

Admissions Guidelines

Holy Family Academy uses an admissions procedure that allows us to more accurately identify and admit students from families whose educational convictions are similar to our school. We look forward to getting to know each other as we walk through this process together.

Admissions Process

1.

Classes can fill up quickly. We welcome your classroom visit before you apply. Call the school office at 602-438-6513. We also encourage you to visit with our Principal, Laura Graves.

2.

Complete Application

Complete your new family and student application online and submit the application fee of $250.00 online.

For students above the 2nd grade, copies of standardized test scores and academic records (report cards or transcripts) are requested prior to student testing.

ADMISSIONS POLICY

Admission to Holy Family Academy is a privilege for families and students who have a strong desire to live the sacramental life of the Roman Catholic Church, to be academically challenged and to be formed intellectually, spiritually, morally and socially by the teachings of the Church for the greater glory of God.

Admission is granted at the discretion of the Principal and Board of Directors.  Admission may be denied if a student does not meet the Academy’s standards of achievement or behavior.  It is also the right and duty of Holy Family Academy to decline the application of students who require professional competency beyond staff training and the school’s facility.

The mission and purpose of Holy Family Academy is unique and open to any qualified student. Holy Family does not discriminate on the basis of race, color and national and ethnic origin.
