Mr. Barba has been teaching in the Diocese of Phoenix for the past seven years. He has taught Theology, Religion, History, and English. His credentials are a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from St. Patrick’s Seminary and University and a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from University of Mary.
Before beginning his teaching career Mr. Barba was in the Seminary for three and a half years. His vast array of experience and work in multiple parish settings throughout the country serves to inform his teaching, which is always Ecclesially-centered and truly “Universal”. Mr Barba also has years of experience working in Youth Ministry, Campus Ministry, and other Church Ministries.
Mr. Barba hopes to bring his knowledge of Thomistic philosophy and theology to the classroom wherever applicable and create an educational atmosphere that is beautiful, loving, and truth-centered bringing all to Jesus the Truth.
